The new SV-Burr line from SHAVIV includes a wide range of Tungsten Carbide tools which are used to remove burrs (deburring) and smoothen sharp metal edges when cutting or machining processes are completed.

Different Cut-Type Geometries

SHAVIV SV Burrs are designed for efficient material removal, edge preparation, and surface finishing across a wide range of deburring applications. Their cylindrical geometry without an end cut provides excellent stability and control, making them ideal for machining flat surfaces, edges, slots, and contours while delivering precise, consistent results.

Manufactured from high-quality carbide, SV Burrs offer long tool life, reliable cutting performance, and smooth operation in a variety of materials. All SV Burrs are available in Double-Cut geometry for controlled cutting, reduced vibration, and an improved surface finish. In addition, most models are also offered in Aluminum-Cut geometry, specially designed for fast chip evacuation and optimized machining of aluminum and other non-ferrous materials.
